Hi, I'm Marc. I served my time as a heating engineer with British Gas, starting back in 2002. After 18 years I branched out on my own, and in the 8 years since, Boilertech has grown from just me to a skilled local team, with over 1,400 customers across the North East.
We cover all heating and plumbing work, but we specialise in gas boiler and central heating installations, unvented cylinder installations and full bathrooms. That focus means you get engineers who do this every day, not generalists learning on your job.

How much does a new boiler cost?
Every home is different, so we don't publish set prices. We'll look at your property, talk through the options and give you a clear, written quote with no obligation.
Do you take a deposit?
Only on full bathroom refits, where we take a 25% deposit. There's no deposit on boiler, cylinder, heating or servicing work.
What guarantee do I get?
You get the full manufacturer's warranty on the appliance, plus our own 12-month warranty on our workmanship.
Which boiler brands do you fit?
We're accredited installers for Baxi, Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Vaillant, so we'll recommend the right one for your home, not the one with the biggest margin.
Can you come out the same day?
For existing customers, we offer same-day callouts on a best-effort basis. New enquiries are booked in as quickly as the diary allows.
Which areas do you cover?
All NE, SR and DH postcodes, plus parts of DL. That includes Newcastle, North Shields, Sunderland, Durham and Darlington.
